Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wasted Tees. All of our products are printed on demand, which means each item is made specifically for your order. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
Because every item is made to order, your order goes through two stages:
- Production time: 2–5 business days to print and prepare your item.
- Shipping time: the time it takes the carrier to deliver after your order leaves production.
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. The total shipping cost will be shown to you before you complete your purchase.
From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive it.
If you do not receive a tracking number within a reasonable time, contact us at wastedtees.store@gmail.com.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at wastedtees.store@gmail.com. If your order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes, and additional costs may apply for reshipment.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages
If your tracking has not updated or your package appears lost or stuck in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported as not received
- Delays due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
7. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in that policy.
8. Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately and may arrive at different times. If part of your order is missing, please wait for all shipments to arrive before contacting us.
