All apparel sold by Wasted Tees is printed on demand and made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color, print placement, and fabric may occur and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit order quantities
  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete payment and billing information.
  • By submitting an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

5. Refunds & Returns

All refunds and returns are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

Wasted Tees creates original, fan-inspired and parody designs. We are an independent store and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any video game publisher, developer, brand, or rights holder, including but not limited to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Any references to games, brands, or pop culture are used for artistic, fan, or parody purposes only, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
